Sinem Mandiraci comes from very fast paced, growing construction environment of Turkey. The “World’s Top 250 International Contractors in 2016” list published by the international industry magazine Engineering News Record (ENR) lists 46 Turkish companies, only second to China’s 65 firms. The United States is third with 43 firms.

As a professional mechanical engineer, she has been involved in and managed numerous prestigious projects in Turkey and abroad. She has been provided the organizations that she worked with, a range of mechanical engineering services which encompass the design, installation and maintenance of building installations such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), sanitary, natural gas and fire safety systems installations according to British Standards (BS), American Society of Heating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), German Institute for Standardization (DIN), The Sheet Metal Contractors National Association (SMACNA). Her aim is to achive sustainiblity, efficiency, good mechanical design solutions which is adapted with architectural design.

In 2019, she established Sinem Enginering Ltd based in Taunton, UK and the firm offers mechanical installaion design and engineering consulting.
